iPhone 7S screen technology


Apple has signed a deal with Samsung for three years for ordering the Korean company manufacture the iPhone screen for the upcoming new generation. Number of products provides up to 100 million units and they has started to increase production OLED screen up to 8 times from the middle of this year.

Instead of using IPS LCD screen as ever, the new generation of Apple iPhone is said to use OLED to get thinner. Earlier, rumors said that Apple also prepared and passed to the OLED technology. OLED manufacturing costs are cheaper than LCD.

However, the source also said that in 2017 Apple had to move to a new OLED screen on the iPhone, it may be iPhone 7S instead of iPhone 7 to be released this year.
